Web-conference Request

If you require web-conference connectivity between multiple Alliant campuses, please complete and submit an online form at least 2 weeks prior to your event. Upon receipt of your request, Information Technology will check the availability of all rooms. You will be contacted if there are any conflicts and provided with possible options. If there are no conflicts or concerns regarding your request, the rooms will be  reserved, and you will be emailed a confirmation.

Conferencing rooms will be reserved on a first request received basis. Conferences will not be reserved beyond the current calendar year. To help ensure fulfillment, we recommend that you submit your request as early as possible.

We request that you contact the Information Technology Helpdesk at or call 858-635-4357, option 1 for any changes or cancellations so that we can free up room and personnel resources.

Please note that hands-on technical assistance is typically unavailable outside the hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday however the IT Helpdesk is covered 7:30 am - 7:30 pm Monday thru Friday and from 7:30 am - 3:30  pm on Saturday.
