Five 9 - Error When Clicking "My Calls Today"

  1. Login on the Salesforce website, And go to "My Settings"
  2. Go to "Call Center Settings"
  3. Go to "My Softphone Settings"
  4. Under My softphone settings make sure that the " Always open the record automatically " is selected for the option " If only one record found on incoming call "
  5. Hit Save
