Phone - Forwarding Enable/Disable

Forwarding/Cancel forwarding to an internal extension or an external phone number
 
Login via web browser to the following URL: https://myportal.newcloudnetworks.com/commportal/
Use your full 10-digit work phone number as a login name. Example: 4159551234 and you web password. If you don’t have one, or you don’t know it, or you forgot it, please contact Alliant ITHelp at either ithelp@alliant.edu or call us at 858-635-4355.
 
After you are logged in press the “Forward” link at the bottom of “Dashboard” folder and you will be placed direct at “Call Manager/Forwarding” folder.

 
Once at “Call Manager/Forwarding” folder
  1. Check “Forward Calls Immediately.” to start forwarding, or uncheck it to stop forwarding.
  2. Choose “Other” from the dropdown menu.
  3. Enter the 4-digit internal extension or 91 followed by the 10-digit external phone number you want to ring to. Example: 91-415-555-1234
  4. Click “Apply”
