Verification Letters- Enrollment or Degree verification letter requests. (Sacramento)

Thank you for your inquiry. You will find the form to request a letter of Degree or Enrollment verification on your "myALLIANT" portal.  Please follow the instructions below.  Thank you.
  1. Sign into the myAlliant portal
  2. Select the "Student" tab found in the blue bar near the top of the page.
  3. Once on the page scroll to the box titled "Frequently Used Forms" and select "Registrar Forms".
  4. The "Verification" form can be found towards the bottom of the list of "Other Forms".
  5. Complete the form and either FAX to: 916-565-2959 or SCAN to sacstudentaffairs@alliant.edu. If you have difficulty please contact the Student Affairs Representative at 916-561-3224.
