How to open hidden document as an IT Helpdesk Agent
  1. Login to https://alliant.desk.com/agent with your desk.com credentials:


     
  2. Click the “Topics” folder:


     
  3. (1) Scroll down using the slider, (2) Choose the topic you need (“VPN” in that example), (3) Click on the document.

    Note the small “eye” sign at the left bottom corner of the icon in front of the document title. That’s an indication the document is not available to the public.
