Feith - Instructions, View Admissions Applications

Faculty Feith Access Instructions for Viewing Admissions Applications

Name and ID have been blocked for privacy in the screenshots, but you will see them in Feith.

1. Login to the myAlliant portal at https://my.alliant.edu/ics/default.aspx. User name and password are the same as Alliant email and Moodle credentials.

2. Click on the Feith logo on the right side of your home page:

3. Feith FDD login name is the same as Alliant email, however, if you use a hyphen in your email login do not use one in your Feith login –
Example: Ms. Mary Great-Professor will login to Feith as “mgreatprofessor”

4. First time login to Feith is with the temporary password that was emailed to you. Password can be changed once you have logged in with the temporary credentials.

5. To set a new password, click on “About” at the far top right of the page.

6. Select “Change Password”

7. Follow the prompts to create your new password.

8. Click on the File Cabinet labeled “Admissions – CSPP – All”.

9. In the ID field, type the ID number of the applicant and then click the “Search” button at the bottom left.

10. All of the documents in the applicant’s file will be shown in the next screen. Open them individually by double-clicking on the desired document in the list, or by right-clicking and selecting “View”. This applicant has 13 documents to review.
 
11. The document will open in a new window. If it opens in the same window, you can return to the list by clicking “List” at the top left of the screen.
 
12. You can also open all of the documents at once by clicking the bubble at the top of the row, then right clicking over a document and selecting “View”.

13. A new window will open with all of the selected documents from the list shown in sequence, one after the other. The example below totals of 48 pages, encompassing all thirteen documents that were opened. Scroll up and down to view all documents.

14. To search for a new student, select “Search” at the top of the page.
